Job Title: Delivery Manager, Financial Planning and Resource Management

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our financial planning and resource management efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, resource management, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning and resource management for multiple internal projects
  • Assist in the preparation and conduct of technical delivery for internal Technology Development projects
  • Accountable for working as a member of a project team to lead and report on financial planning for multiple projects
  • Help navigate the team to work through sprint deliverables
  • Leads resource planning for multiple teams of internal projects
  • Leads monthly delivery reporting for some internal projects
  • Provide guidance to mid-level and junior-level resources, assist leads and managers, and executive-level presence
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager on technical projects
  • ~5+ years of experience driven project deliverables
  • ~Experience with managing financial planning of projects, and communicating to leadership
  • ~Worked in agile environment
