Job Title: Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team at President's Choice Financial. As a key member of our Customer Support Centre of Excellence, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial performance of our PC Optimum & Retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against plans and forecasts, providing insights to improve results.
  • Develop and maintain financial performance reports, including the COE financial performance deck, with accuracy and commentary to support variances to plan and LE.
  • Support annual planning and periodic LE submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes, leveraging data and insights to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain operational and performance reports, identifying trends and averages on a daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis.

Requirements:

  • University degree in an analytical field, such as Economics or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, with a strong aptitude for data manipulation of large datasets.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis, with a focus on customer support functions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex problems and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
