Your Impact

As a Technical Support Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, where you'll be trained to be an expert in your field. You'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers through inbound calls, providing expert guidance and support to resolve their issues.
  • Identifying customer needs through active listening, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving internet issues in a timely and effective manner, using industry-leading tools and techniques.
  • Providing consultative support to customers, owning the issue and resolution, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Documenting customer interactions and outcomes in our systems, and continuously improving our processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

To be successful as a Technical Support Associate, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old.
  • To have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • To have at least 6 months of customer service experience and a strong understanding of coaching and feedback.
  • To be comfortable working with multiple computer systems and providing expert guidance to customers.
  • To have excellent time management skills and be results-oriented.
