Job Description

Mission

• Oversee the operational performance of suppliers, ensuring seamless logistics and quality management.

• Monitor and approve suppliers, guaranteeing compliance with quality requirements.

• Support supplier development, fostering growth and improvement.

Main Activities

• Participate in supplier evaluations during the selection process.

• Assess supplier risk, develop monitoring plans, and implement quality and logistics compensation.

• Analyze supplier performance, quantifying quality and logistics metrics.

• Lead escalation processes, ensuring timely resolution of quality and logistics issues.

• Develop and manage quality standards, ensuring supplier compliance.

• Manage supplier approvals, ensuring quality requirements are met.

• Support supplier maturity upgrading plans, promoting best practices.

Knowledge

• Familiarity with Safran requirements and quality standards.

• Understanding of supply chain principles and tools, including audits and lean-sigma.

• Knowledge of quality principles and tools, including audits.
