Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish and implement effective systems and procedures to manage the restaurant's operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of food service staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff, to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to our high standards of quality.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to management on key performance indicators.

- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
