About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at HFX Foodhub Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to our staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge in areas such as food safety, customer service, and teamwork.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of our food service operations, including food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our operations.
  • Work Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for our food service staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage to meet customer demand.
