The Role
This position is vital within the KDN Advisory OpCo team, concentrating on achieving operational excellence both globally and regionally. Key responsibilities include establishing credibility with influential leaders, promoting KDN adoption, formulating strategies to foster business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee service delivery priorities for various solutions across all member firms in the region.
  • Provide guidance for all KDN Advisory and Powered Enterprise Sales and Delivery initiatives.
  • Represent and lead KDN Advisory engagements across all Member Firms in the region.
  • Drive regional growth and the expansion of solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with key stakeholder groups.
  • Participate in the Deal Review board validation and approval process.
  • Manage activities related to solution deployment and team enablement.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Center leadership to enhance service quality.
  • Guide regional architects and specialists on operational processes.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization of solution teams.
  • Manage the regional budget and provide necessary reporting.
  • Facilitate collaboration among regional teams.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Sales and Delivery leadership.
  • Proven track record in delivering technology transformations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise transformation solutions.
  • Experience in leading global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in KPMG Source applications and Microsoft Office Excel.
