The Role

This position plays a crucial role within the KDN Advisory Operations team, focusing on achieving operational excellence globally and regionally. Your responsibilities will include building credibility with key leaders, driving KDN adoption, designing strategies to support business growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Lead service delivery priorities for various solutions across all member firms within your region.
  • Provide oversight for all KDN Advisory and Powered Enterprise Sales and Delivery activities.
  • Represent and lead KDN Advisory interactions across all Member Firms in the region.
  • Drive regional growth and expansion of solutions.
  • Maintain alignment with key stakeholder groups.
  • Participate in Deal Review board validation and approval processes.
  • Manage activities related to solution deployment and team enablement.
  • Work with Delivery Center leadership to focus on service quality.
  • Guide regional architects and specialists on operational processes.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and mobilization of solutioning teams.
  • Manage the regional budget and provide necessary reporting.
  • Facilitate collaboration among regional teams.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Strong experience in Sales and Delivery leadership within a technology-focused environment.
  • Experience in delivering technology transformations and enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with global team management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in KPMG Source applications and Microsoft Office Excel.
