About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Systems Manager to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our Information Technology department, you will play a critical role in the implementation and maintenance of our CRM solution (Salesforce) for Sales, Marketing, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure the CRM system to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on CRM system functionality and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM system administration and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its associated tools and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
