Correctional Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Correctional Officer. As a key member of our Correctional Services division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and secure custody, control, and supervision of individuals in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dynamic supervision and support to individuals in our care, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Conduct regular counts and searches, and maintain accurate records of individual activities.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote rehabilitation and reintegration into the community.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of related experience in a correctional or law enforcement setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
