- Manage Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food, supplies, and labor, and ensure that they are within company guidelines.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and team member performance, and ensure that they are accurate and timely.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
- Language: Fluency in French.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. The position requires standing for extended periods, walking, and physical demands. The Shift Manager must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
