About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our Portfolio Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering results through effective marketing strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual operating plans for portfolio growth and sports partnerships, including the development of key programs and calendar planning.
  • Lead and manage sports marketing activations for PepsiCo Foods Partnerships, ensuring strong brand integration and ROI on inventoried assets.
  • Execute total connections planning for PGS, working with insights and agency partners to deliver effective programming.
  • Manage total PGS and sports properties budgets, as well as support on payment terms with partners.
  • Collaborate with the US and Global PGS teams to ensure shared best practices, resources, and expertise on programming, tools, and strategy.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of building growth plans through superior consumer marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and advocate for creative ideas, concepts, and approaches that deliver quality results with urgency.
  • Forward thinking, with the ability to develop and link key strategies and priorities to drive growth.
