We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Northern Rockies Farms Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop harvesting, farm maintenance, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth
  • Clean and maintain farm equipment and tools
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and work areas
  • Cut and harvest crops using manual and mechanical methods
  • Divide fresh produce into marketable and non-marketable lots
  • Monitor and control pests and diseases in crops and livestock
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on farm equipment and buildings
  • Remove suckers and water sprouts from crops
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and tasks
  • Good physical health and ability to perform manual labor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced agricultural environment with a focus on crop harvesting and farm maintenance.
