Job Overview:
Affinity is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management Lead to collaborate with our healthcare client. This role requires a unique blend of change management expertise and business analysis skills to formulate an effective OCM strategy aimed at facilitating the understanding and adoption of necessary changes for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and organize initiatives that help organizations design and articulate the operational structures, governance frameworks, and administrative processes essential for leveraging new patient cost data and achieving project objectives.
- Perform stakeholder assessments to pinpoint individuals and groups who will be significantly affected by the changes, as well as those who can influence project success.
- Craft and oversee the execution of OCM strategies, track progress against established goals, and suggest corrective measures when needed.
- Evaluate the impact of roles/jobs and the organization, identifying strategies to mitigate organizational change risks.
- Direct the formulation of strategies that enable individuals and groups to comprehend and embrace the changes necessary for project success, with a particular focus on the clinical community and physicians.
- Create a detailed and actionable organizational change management plan, which includes a communication strategy, sponsor roadmap, coaching and training initiatives, resistance management tactics, and a transition plan for operations and post-project support.
- Ensure a cohesive approach throughout the organization.
- Conduct readiness evaluations, analyze outcomes, and present findings clearly and logically as required.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan and oversee execution and delivery.
- Influence and guide OCM efforts at the senior leadership level.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Commerce, Leadership, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role focused on change management, with proven success in navigating and managing change in a complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Possession of an industry-recognized certification in organizational change management, such as CCMP or a comparable qualification.
- Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks, including Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter's 8 Steps, or similar methodologies.
- Experience in the Canadian healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Background in business analysis is a plus.
- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences across various platforms.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills.
