Job Summary

SP Manpower Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staffing department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating the selection and examination process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Job Posting: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and coordinate the selection process.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Staffing Policy Administration: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
  • Training and Development: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervision: Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Work Environment

The Recruitment Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Work Conditions

The Recruitment Officer will work 35 hours per week in a permanent position. The work language is English.
