Your role, should you choose to accept it:
As a Construction Site Superintendent at Borea Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction activities under the guidance of the Project Manager and Project Director. You will collaborate closely with the Project Engineer and Site Coordinators to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to project timelines.
This project involves the installation of multiple wind turbines in designated municipalities, which will be integrated into an existing high-voltage transmission network. Your leadership will be crucial in steering the project towards successful completion.

- High school diploma along with relevant certifications or equivalent experience;
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar supervisory role;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Willingness to travel as required;
- Possession of a valid driver's license;
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain positive interpersonal relationships;
- Demonstrated autonomy and leadership capabilities;
- Exceptional team management and conflict resolution skills;
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and variable work environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and organizing site facilities and temporary infrastructure;
- Participating in meetings to discuss task execution and scheduling;
- Coordinating the work of construction crews to ensure quality and efficiency while adhering to timelines;
- Monitoring the progress of teams and subcontractors;
- Playing a vital role in implementing and maintaining the quality assurance plan;
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards on-site;
- Engaging in safety meetings and training sessions;
- Communicating with the Project Manager and Project Engineer regarding necessary supplies and maintaining inventory;
- Conducting pre-construction site inspections;
- Evaluating subcontractor performance and reporting any discrepancies to Site Coordinators;
- Collaborating with Work Coordinators to design work schedules;
- Coordinating access to turbine locations with relevant personnel;
- Performing other related duties as required.
