We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Superintendent to join our team at Borea Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the construction work related to different areas of activity, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Director to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a General Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
