Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Borea Construction. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage all work activities on site, including planning, coordination, and supervision.
- Quality Control: Participate in the realization, implementation, and application of the quality plan, conduct regular internal quality audits, and ensure that building materials are inspected upon delivery.
- Health and Safety: Conduct site inspections prior to commencement of work, develop and implement the site safety program, and participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
- Documentation: Prepare estimates, contract documents, and payment claims, update registers of technical documentation, and ensure the control and conformity of documents.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in renewable energy projects an asset.
- Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and excellent management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
