We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a team of Managers and Crew Members, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and upholding our high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead a team of Managers and Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profit targets.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and yourself, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
- Manage and lead a team of Managers and Crew Members, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Participate in local events and initiatives that positively impact our community and promote our brand.
- Uphold our renowned cleanliness methodology, ensuring our restaurants meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Build sales and profits, which in turn build your value, professionally and financially.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in food service or retail management, who is passionate about leading and developing a team. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and resolve situations with confidence. You should also be able to put people before profit, creating a positive culture that leads to happier, more engaged staff who deliver a better experience for our guests.
