Restaurant Manager Job Description

Lacombe bar and Steakhouse is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement daily operational plans, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  • Reliability, organization, and a strong work ethic.
  • Client focus, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
