Baptist Housing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Marketing and Communications to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans to elevate our brand and engage key audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight in defining and directing Baptist Housing's overall strategic vision and direction relating to all communications, media relations, marketing, advertising, and sales.
- Give leadership to our brand positioning in the market, monitoring the senior living space and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Support and provide strategic input on growth opportunities, development projects, and property enhancements.
- Provide mentorship to marketing teams across multiple Baptist Housing locations, ensuring cohesive brand management and the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Craft and implement marketing strategies that encompass corporate communications, public relations, advertising, and sales programs, all designed to elevate our brand and engage key audiences.
- Develop and maintain partnerships, drive media relations, and ensure that all marketing activities align with Baptist Housing's mission and vision.
- University Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Minimum of 8 or more years of marketing and communications experience
- Experience in marketing housing for seniors is an asset
- Public relations and advertising campaign experience
- The Vice President - Marketing is a position of Christian ministry and Christian leadership within Baptist Housing. As a member of the senior leadership team, the person holding this position must sign and adhere to the Statement of Faith of Baptist Housing.
- A competitive salary with a range of $133,000–165,000 per year
- A benefits package that includes employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, 6 weeks' vacation, up to 7% RRSP matching contribution, and support for professional development
