Key Responsibilities:

  • Conformal Coating Application: Apply conformal coatings to products using various techniques and equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain equipment related to the conformal coating process, including microscopes and other specialized tools.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve manufacturing goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Technician diploma or equivalent education and work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: IPC-A-610 certification, knowledge of defect recognition, experience with formal procedures and supporting documents, and experience working with SAP and personal computers.
  • Experience: Experience in masking, unmasking, and conformal coating application, as well as experience working with soldering SMT and PTH components under a microscope.
