Role Summary

We are seeking a Coffee Specialist - Sales Associate to join our team at Nespresso in Lansdowne. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers discover the Nespresso brand, whether by proposing new products related to their interests, conducting various transactions, or developing new customers through clear explanations of the various products.

Key Responsibilities
- Inform and guide customers in their choice of products according to their specific needs
- Restock the store and place new orders
- Develop new customers through clear explanations of the various products

Requirements
- Relevant experience in customer service (luxury industry, an asset)
- Excellent command of French, and professional English is a great asset
- Ability to work in a team
- Easy to adapt quickly to different types of customers and offer them personalized service
- Punctuality and exemplary assiduity
