Role Overview and Essential Qualifications
  • Oversee and direct the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of projects within the Service Area.
  • Lead and synchronize both IT and non-technical projects to guarantee timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Engage with project stakeholders to set up governance frameworks and decision-making protocols.
  • Provide guidance to project team members, delegate responsibilities, and ensure the punctual completion of tasks.
  • Define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, securing necessary approvals.
  • Organize project activities, resources, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Track project plans, budgets, and financial allocations.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
  • Manage project communication and reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure the thoroughness and quality of project documentation and outputs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to deliver effective solutions and services.
  • Articulate project advantages and monitor the realization of benefits post-project.
  • Establish operational strategies and transition projects to operational teams.
