Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee our Medical Records department on a full-time, permanent basis.

Our organization provides a wide array of specialized medical services in state-of-the-art facilities. As part of a renowned healthcare group, we pride ourselves on delivering prompt access to tailored healthcare solutions utilizing advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies.

In the role of Lead Medical Records Coordinator, you will ensure an efficient and timely management of medical records, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards regarding patient documentation and requests from external entities.

Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be necessary.

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing team performance, focusing on empowering staff, enhancing customer service skills, and coordinating necessary training sessions
  • Managing staffing levels to ensure optimal resource allocation in alignment with business needs
  • Encouraging team members to seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations while balancing results-oriented goals
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with all stakeholders, including patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues to deliver exceptional service
  • Taking ownership of identifying and resolving customer inquiries to ensure positive outcomes
  • Organizing regular team meetings and individual performance reviews
  • Setting and monitoring individual objectives in line with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with mandatory training
  • Ensuring all team members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, regulatory compliance, and data protection laws
  • Continuously reviewing and updating departmental processes to meet evolving business demands
