About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Above All Roofing & Exteriors Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction process, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a positive attitude.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in all weather conditions.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
