Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering merchandise as needed, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including liquor and other supplies.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Store, update, and maintain databases.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience an asset.
- Basic security clearance and criminal record check required.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
