Job Title: Heavy Truck Mechanic

At BIG RIGS TRUCK CENTRE, we are seeking a skilled Heavy Truck Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy Truck Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and inspecting equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, diagnosing faults using computerized testing equipment, and performing repairs and maintenance work on heavy trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose faults using computerized testing equipment
  • Perform repairs and maintenance work on heavy trucks
  • Order parts and maintain inventory
  • Keep maintenance reports and documentation
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a team environment
