About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at RGS Marketing INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking sales volumes and merchandising.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers, including assigning duties and resolving conflicts.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
