About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Advisor to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining our data governance landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data governance solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on data governance best practices and standards.
  • Lead data governance initiatives and projects to drive business value and improve data quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data governance alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary education in data, computing science, business, economics, operations research, engineering, statistics, data governance, or other technical disciplines.
  • 5+ years' experience in data management, data governance, change management, and implementation of complex technology systems.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality concepts, as well as best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and orient business and technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of English is required due to the global nature of our business.
