Job Description

Midas Auto Service is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 32 hours per week.
  • English language.
