About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team at Delpath. As a key member of our Process Engineering & Methodologies team, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvements and ensuring the effective implementation of technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Work with business stakeholders, platform teams, and CIO areas to identify and document process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Technical Requirements Management: Collaborate with various teams, including reporting, risk, software development, and operations, to ensure that all technical and business requirements are met and prioritized accordingly.
  • Process Ownership and Continuous Improvement: Provide leadership and guidance on process ownership, continuous improvement, and project work, ensuring alignment with departmental initiatives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Community Engagement and Outreach: Champion ITSM culture and practices, working closely with ITSM Process/Product Owners, ITSM Platform team, and Engineering areas to promote transparency and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience as an analyst in a technical domain, such as software development, system administration, operations, reliability and performance engineering, process engineering, or resilience engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development and operations teams that leverage methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and System Reliability Engineering, as well as experience with at least one major process analysis technique or framework.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, with Spanish being an asset.
  • ITSM Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) disciplines and frameworks, specifically IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), is considered an asset.
