Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Norm's Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
    • Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability.
    • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees to ensure that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase sales.
  • Leadership
    • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
    Requirements
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • English language proficiency.
    • 35 hours per week.
