Client Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service professional to join our team at State Street. As a Client Service AVP, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, and providing exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to meet their needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and other business units to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide project leadership for client-specific initiatives, including training, reporting, and RFP activity.
- Manage internal operational risk and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- 6-8 years of experience in financial services or investment operations, with 4-5 years of management responsibility.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of securities markets, language, and products, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
