Food Service Supervisor

At Sixth Street Grill, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality food.
- Food Preparation: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
