Aon is seeking a skilled Analyst to support our Client Information Management team.

As an Analyst, you will play a key role in servicing clients with respect to plan design, contract management, and benchmarking. You will work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality results and support the growth of our Health Solutions practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain data collection and accuracy in Aon's proprietary client information platform;
  • Review, audit, and maintain client plan information;
  • Compare and review plan summaries with client teams;
  • Draft correspondence and build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients;
  • Identify ways to improve standardized processes to contribute to client deliverables;
  • Develop a working knowledge of Aon's structure, solution lines, key personnel, and organizational policies and procedures;
  • Participate in team projects and activities that drive innovation and improved client value;
  • Translate documents, if applicable;
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests;
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when working on sensitive material.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive work experience in group insurance;
  • Demonstrated skills in organization, collaboration, and detail-oriented work;
  • Bi-lingual (English, French) abilities are an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills;
  • Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Works well as part of a team and is self-motivated;
  • Ability to discover, ask key questions, and seek guidance where appropriate.

Education:

  • University or College graduate, or related discipline, or equivalent years of industry experience.
