Qualifications:

  • A completed university degree in business, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in a startup or high-growth environment, consulting, or similar fast-paced settings.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis with a proven ability to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Expertise in customer-focused communication strategies.
  • Background in a conversion-driven B2C environment, such as e-commerce.
  • Experience with international marketing and market entry strategies is preferred.
  • A proactive approach with a hands-on mentality for overcoming challenges.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
