About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Consultant to join our team at SRCOQ TRAINING LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and administration of sports, fitness, and recreation programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and Analyze Information

You will be responsible for gathering information on current government policies regarding recreation, sports, and physical activities. This will involve researching and analyzing data to inform our program development and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Leadership and Supervision

You will supervise professional staff, program leaders, and instructors, as well as volunteer staff. This will involve providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful delivery of our programs and services.

Administrative Tasks

You will perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting. This will involve maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and providing regular reports to management.

Expert Advice and Consulting

You will provide expert advice and consulting services to our organization, including the design, development, and administration of sports, fitness, and recreation programs and activities. This will involve working closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and developing strategies to achieve our goals.

Work Environment

You will work in a sports and fitness association or organization, and will be required to work a 40-hour week. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, and to be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

You will require a college or CEGEP education, and will have a strong understanding of the sports and fitness industry.

Experience

You will have at least 2 years of experience in a related field, and will have a proven track record of success in program development and administration.

Language

You will be fluent in English, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
