Position Overview

As a Sports Development Specialist at SRCOQ TRAINING LTD, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our athletic programs and initiatives. Your expertise will guide the strategic direction of our sports and fitness offerings.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field (College/CEGEP)
Work Environment

This position is situated within a dynamic sports and fitness association, where collaboration and innovation are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze current government regulations and policies related to recreation, sports, and physical activities.
  • Oversee and mentor professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteers to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities to support program operations.
  • Offer expert consulting services in the creation, implementation, and management of sports, fitness, and recreational programs.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Language of Work: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
