You will supervise professional staff, program leaders, and instructors, as well as volunteer staff. This will involve providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful delivery of programs and activities.

Administrative Tasks

You will perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting. This will involve maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Expert Advice and Consulting

You will provide expert advice and consulting services to clients and stakeholders. This will involve using your knowledge and expertise to inform program development, implementation, and evaluation.

Work Environment

You will work in a sports and fitness association or organization, and will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This will involve collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients to achieve program goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

You will require a college or CEGEP education, and relevant experience in the sports and fitness industry.

Experience

You will require at least 2 years of experience in a related field, and a strong understanding of program development, implementation, and evaluation.

Work Setting

You will work in a sports and fitness association or organization, and will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Work Language
