Role Overview

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Engage actively in the design, development, and evaluation of technical projects alongside the broader engineering functions of the organization.
  2. Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, emphasizing the enhancement and upkeep of their expertise in critical areas.
  3. Efficiently distribute, oversee, and assess the technical assignments of both departmental and project-specific teams.
  4. Ensure the availability of essential resources for project execution, which includes drafting work specifications, developing project timelines, budgeting, risk management, and selecting materials, equipment, team members, and external partners.
  5. Establish and maintain standards, protocols, and procedures within the engineering and technical sectors of the organization.

Qualifications:

  8. Understanding of industry standards, norms, and regulations.
  9. Strategic thinking capabilities aligned with organizational objectives.
