Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Country Village Long-Term Care Home - South Woodslee, ON.
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in the preparation and serving of meals to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure food is handled and stored safely, adhering to internal and external guidelines and protocols.
- Assist cooks in basic food preparation and execute proper food service.
- Serve meals according to resident diet orders and maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
- Possess a current Safe Food Handling Certificate.
- Have a caring heart with a passion for serving others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
