Sales Team Lead

At ADVANCE TRAVEL INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to staff.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and permanent employment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
