Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 3186255 Nova Scotia Limited. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its sales targets.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns of merchandise, and establish work schedules to optimize sales performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
