Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of City facilities, including budgeting and financial management.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Conduct analysis of maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- 7 years of recent experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
- University degree in a relevant discipline or business administration.
- Registration with a relevant professional association is preferred.
Work is performed primarily in an office environment with some duties performed in the field.
