Senior Associate, Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

Your OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Associate, M&A and Capital Markets to join our Advisory team and take ownership of the following responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives, including pitches and proposals;
- Prepare financial models, including LBO models and preliminary company valuations;
- Perform in-depth financial analyses on companies, analyzing earnings and cash flows, operating working capital requirements, and key drivers of financial performance;
- Research and identify potential acquisition targets, buyers, and investors;
- Communicate directly with transaction counterparties, including clients, targets, buyers, advisors, and lenders;
- Assist in preparing professional transaction documents, such as teasers and confidential information memorandums.
We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and autonomous individual with a strong business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail. You should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major, with a CPA, CFA, or CBV designation. 3 to 4 years of audit, valuation, corporate finance, or M&A advisory experience is required. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willing to work outside normal business hours and travel internationally as required.
