Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the full lifecycle of large-scale business projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Contribute to and represent stakeholder requirements on assigned projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Closing the gap between stakeholders, including Network, Marketing, Operations, and IT, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Evaluate and recommend scalable technical and business solutions to meet customer and business needs.
- Manage business requirements and system design reviews, providing final sign-off and ensuring all issues are documented and addressed.
- Provide regular project status update reports to the executive team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Create a blended delivery plan with cross-functional business units to continuously build and maintain an integrated roadmap.
- Ensure each project has a robust change management plan, proactively identifying and addressing resistance to change to achieve project ROI.
- Manage the financial aspects of programs and projects, ensuring effective budgeting and resource allocation.
- Manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in program and project delivery and management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a team manager role.
- Bilingualism required, with the ability to interact with French and English-speaking stakeholders.
- Business acumen and understanding of financial concepts inherent in project management.
- Confirmed strategic vision and ability to make informed decisions, balancing technical feasibility with business requirements.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, dealing with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, lead, and build a cross-functional team.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, ability to deal with ambiguity, and focus on delivery.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization.
- Team-oriented, able to work effectively at all levels of an organization, bridging between technical and non-technical teams, and influencing stakeholders to build consensus.
- Extensive project management and change management experience involving all aspects of projects.
- Project Management Institute (PMP) certification.
- Experience in an Agile environment.
- Change Management certification (asset).
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services (asset).
