We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Wagener's Meat Product and Delicatessen Limited. As a key member of our retail butchery team, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers to ensure efficient workflow
You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet customer expectations.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
