Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support, including greeting patients and confirming prescription information.
  • Enter patient care information into our system and perform data entry tasks.
  • Assist with third-party adjudication and accurate dispensing of prescription medications.
  • Maintain pharmacy stock and inventory control systems.
  • Provide general OTC enquiries and referrals to pharmacists as needed.
  • Handle customer prescription pick-ups and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer and data entry skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
