We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Vernon, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process written prescriptions and refill requests.
  • Input patient and prescription information into our computer system.
  • Manage stock, perform expiry date checks, and maintain inventory.
  • Adhere to operational procedures and company policies.
  • Communicate with pharmacists regarding allergy interactions and billing information.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or 2 years of dispensary experience.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Kroll computer experience is an asset.
